 Introducing
the best way to change oil, the Engine Oil Drain Valve. Install this valve and
you can drain your engine oil without tools and without mess. Just lift the
lever of this solid brass ball valve and give it a quarter turn to open it.
Return the lever to its original position and it locks closed, double sealed
to prevent leakage. The Engine Oil Drain Valve is made of corrosion resistant
forged brass and stainless steel. The ball valve design provides a straight
flow for efficient drainage and a perfect seal when closed. Frozen drain plug
and stripped threads are eliminated forever. Drawing samples for oil analysis
is as easy as one-two-three. Sizes to fit all cars, light trucks vans heavy-duty
trucks and buses. Also fits RVs, marine engines and industrial equipment.
The Engine Oil Drain Valve is also available with "Nipple" to accept hose
to allow draining of the engine oil out of tight spots. It makes oil changing
easy for industrial engines, boat engines and other hard-to-reach applications.

*Some oil pans are designed with recessed plug port. If part of the valve hits the oil pan before it could be fully tightened, DO NOT install the valve directly. Adapters(extension parts) are available for some models.

by 5 major motor vehicle manufacturers in Japan, including
Nissan, Mazda,
Mitsubishi, Subaru,
Isuzu. These approvals were not granted
easily and gaining them was a testimony to the quality and durability of Engine
Oil Drain Valve.
In the United States, the Engine Oil Drain Valve is being installed at the
factory level on some of the vehicles made by Ford
and Freightliner.

It replaces your oil drain plug and has a spring-loaded valve so you can drop
the dirty lube quickly and without tools. We put a sample valve through the

- To open lift control lever and turn counter-clockwise 90 degrees.
- To close simply turn the lever clockwise 90 degrees until locked in
original position.

- Remove original drain plug and drain oil into acceptable receptacle.(Open
oil cap before draining oil for efficient drainage.)
- Insert Engine Oil Drain Valve with gasket* and tighten. Do not over
tighten. (Some oil pans are designed with recessed drain hole which may
prevent the valve from being installed properly. If the valve can not be
tightened all the way without hitting the oil pan wall, do not install the
Drain Valve to your vehicle. Adaptors are available for some models)
- Make sure valve is closed and refill crankcase.
Warning
Since the threads part of Drain Valve is made of Brass and has the hollow construction,
install it by hand, and with the wrench, give only a 1/4 turn to tighten it.
Please take care not to over tighten.
*Some valves (i.e. T-200, T201, T-202, F-110) do not require gasket as they
are self-tightening tapered threads.

- Drive carefully at all times, and if you run over any foreign object
on the road, pull over and check the valve for any damage or leak.
- N-Series valve(with Nipple to accept hose) is not recommended for passenger
cars with low ground clearance.

of purchase). For any defective product, Fumoto Engineering of America will
replace the product at no charge. Fumoto Engineering of America will also indemnify
any consequential damages to the engine/vehicle which are directly caused by
the defective product. This warranty does not cover any damages due to misuse,
abuse, negligence or accident. This warranty is valid only in the United States
and Canada.
